Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries within South Africa take 3–5 business days via DHL Express. For other African countries, expect 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Shipping is completely free within South Africa. For other African countries, a flat rate of R99 applies per order.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email within 24 hours. You can track your delivery at dhl.com or visit our Track Order page.

The Phones
All our devices are sourced directly from a network of verified certified suppliers — cutting out the middlemen that drive up prices. Every phone is inspected and verified before listing.
Yes. All our phones are fully unlocked and compatible with all South African networks including Vodacom, MTN, Cell C, and Telkom, as well as networks across Africa.
These are our condition grades. Like New means the phone is in pristine condition with no visible scratches. Excellent means there are minor light scratches only visible under close inspection. Good means there are visible scratches but the phone is fully functional. All grades are quality tested before shipping.
Yes. Every device we sell has a clean IMEI — it has not been reported stolen, blacklisted, or network locked. You can verify this yourself using the IMEI number provided with your order.
Every phone comes with its original box and accessories including a charging cable and adapter. Some listings may include additional accessories — check the product description for details.
Battery health varies per device and is noted in the product description where available. All devices are tested to ensure the battery is functional. If you have concerns about a specific device's battery, contact us before purchasing.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return.
All devices come with a 3-month warranty covering hardware defects and malfunctions. Physical damage caused after delivery is not covered. See our Warranty page for full details.
We encourage you to open and inspect the parcel before signing for delivery. If anything is not as described, you may refuse the delivery on the spot. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it.
Payments & Orders
We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFT, and other payment options available at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, one of the world's most trusted e-commerce platforms. All transactions are encrypted and your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately at nextgeniphones04@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
