Every device purchased from NextGen iPhones comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. We stand behind the quality of every phone we sell.

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by physical damage
  • Battery issues (where battery health drops below 75% within the warranty period)
  • Screen or display issues not caused by drops or impact
  • Charging port or button failures
  • Any defect present at the time of purchase that was not disclosed in the listing

โŒ What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage caused after delivery (cracked screens, dents, water damage)
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Software issues or iOS updates
  • Lost or stolen devices
  • Normal wear and tear

๐Ÿ”ง How to Claim Warranty

  1. Email nextgeniphones04@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Include photos or a short video showing the problem.
  3. We will assess your claim within 48 hours and advise on next steps.
  4. If the claim is approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

All three condition grades (Like New, Excellent, and Good) carry the same 3-month warranty. The grade only reflects the cosmetic appearance of the device, not its functionality โ€” every phone is fully tested before listing.
