Every device purchased from NextGen iPhones comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. We stand behind the quality of every phone we sell.
โ What's Covered
- Hardware malfunctions not caused by physical damage
- Battery issues (where battery health drops below 75% within the warranty period)
- Screen or display issues not caused by drops or impact
- Charging port or button failures
- Any defect present at the time of purchase that was not disclosed in the listing
โ What's Not Covered
- Physical damage caused after delivery (cracked screens, dents, water damage)
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Software issues or iOS updates
- Lost or stolen devices
- Normal wear and tear
๐ง How to Claim Warranty
- Email nextgeniphones04@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos or a short video showing the problem.
- We will assess your claim within 48 hours and advise on next steps.
- If the claim is approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
๐ Condition Grades & Warranty
All three condition grades (Like New, Excellent, and Good) carry the same 3-month warranty. The grade only reflects the cosmetic appearance of the device, not its functionality โ every phone is fully tested before listing.
