We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy on all devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

📋 Return Conditions

The device must be returned in the same condition it was received.
All original accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included.
The device must not have been physically damaged after delivery.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at nextgeniphones04@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping label.
Pack the device securely in its original packaging and hand it to DHL.
Once we receive and inspect the device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned device. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

🔁 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your device for a different model or condition grade, we will ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return. If the replacement is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

📦 Inspect Before You Sign

We encourage all customers to open and inspect their parcel before signing for delivery. If the device does not match the description or appears damaged, you may refuse the delivery on the spot at no cost to you.
